Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using coursecreativelive.com. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1.About coursecreativelive.com
coursecreativelive.com ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") is an online marketplace that connects users ("you" or "Participants") with independent content creators ("Instructors") who deliver live creative courses and events. We act solely as a platform facilitating this connection and are not ourselves an educational institution.

2.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use coursecreativelive.com. By creating an account or purchasing a course, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are under 18, you must not use our services.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to belong to users under the age of 18.
3.Account Registration
To purchase courses or access certain features, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:
- •Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- •Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- •Notify us immediately at support@coursecreativelive.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- •Be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that contain inaccurate information.
4.Courses and Ticket Types
4.1 Course Only Ticket
Purchasing a Course Only Ticket grants you access to the online course sessions delivered by the Instructor. You will receive a join link for the course sessions via email and through the "My Courses" section of your account.
4.2 Full Ticket
Purchasing a Full Ticket grants you access to both the online course sessions and the Fun Day event (an additional social or interactive event organised as part of the course offering). Full Ticket holders receive two separate join links — one for the course sessions and one for the Fun Day.
4.3 Ticket Upgrade
If you hold a Course Only Ticket, you may upgrade to a Full Ticket by paying the difference in price, subject to Full Ticket availability. Upgrades are subject to seat availability at the time of the upgrade request.
4.4 Seat Availability
Each course has a limited number of seats for each ticket type. Once a ticket type is sold out, you may join a waitlist. Being on the waitlist does not guarantee a seat or constitute a purchase. We will contact waitlisted users if seats become available.
4.5 Join Links
Join links for courses and Fun Day events will be communicated to you via email before the event and will also be accessible through the "My Courses" section of your account on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure you can access these links before the event begins.
5.Payment Terms
All course purchases are processed securely through Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions in addition to these Terms.
- •Prices are displayed in your local currency where available, converted from Indian Rupees (INR) as the base currency. Exchange rates are updated periodically and may vary slightly.
- •All transactions are final upon successful payment confirmation.
- •We reserve the right to change course prices at any time before a purchase is completed. Once a purchase is confirmed, the price paid is locked.
- •You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
6.Refund Policy
6.1 General Policy
We operate a conditional-refund policy as per the circumstances described below. All sales are final once payment is confirmed.
6.2 Course Cancellation by Instructor
If an Instructor cancels a course without any technical fault on our part, you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. In this case, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
6.3 Technical Failures Causing Course Cancellation
If a course or Fun Day event is cancelled due to a verified technical failure caused by our platform (not the Instructor's own setup, internet connection, or equipment), you are entitled to a full refund. We will investigate and confirm the technical cause before processing any refund.
6.4 Broken or Faulty Join Links
If you are unable to join a course or Fun Day event due to a broken or faulty join link, and this is verified by our team to be a link error on our part, you are entitled to a refund. To request such a refund:
- •Contact us at support@coursecreativelive.com within 48 hours of the missed event.
- •Provide your registered email address, order details, and a description of the issue.
- •We will investigate and, if the fault is verified, process your refund within 7–10 business days.
6.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
- •You were unable to attend due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind.
- •The course did not meet your personal expectations in terms of content quality or teaching style. Content quality is the sole responsibility of the Instructor (see Section 8).
- •Technical issues on your own end (internet connection, device compatibility, software issues).
- •You failed to access the join link that was correctly delivered to you.
- •The course took place as scheduled and you did not attend.
7.Instructor Responsibility
All courses on coursecreativelive.com are delivered by independent Instructors who are not employees, agents, or representatives of our platform. Instructors are independent third parties who partner with us to deliver their courses.
7.1 Content Quality
The quality, accuracy, and content of courses are the sole responsibility of the respective Instructor. coursecreativelive.com makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, suitability, or educational value of any course. If a course does not meet your expectations in terms of content, your recourse is with the Instructor directly.
7.2 Instructor-Caused Cancellation
If an Instructor cancels a course for any reason not related to a technical failure on our platform, the Instructor bears full responsibility for the cancellation. We will facilitate refunds to affected Participants in such cases (see Section 6.2).
7.3 Instructor Independence
Instructors set their own course content, schedule, and format. coursecreativelive.com does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any statements, claims, or representations made by Instructors regarding their courses.
8.Our Responsibility
We are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the technical infrastructure of the platform, including the website, payment processing integration, and account management.
- •Delivering join links to enrolled Participants accurately and on time.
- •Processing refunds in cases of verified technical failures caused by our platform (see Section 6).
- •Keeping your personal data secure in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for:
- •The content or quality of any course by an Instructor.
- •Cancellations, delays, or changes made by Instructors.
- •Technical issues on your end including internet connectivity, device compatibility, or browser issues.
- •Any loss of income, opportunity, or indirect damages arising from course cancellations or technical issues outside our control.
9.User Conduct
By using our platform, you agree not to:
- •Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other users' accounts, or our systems.
- •Share, resell, or transfer your course access or join links to any third party.
- •Record, reproduce, or distribute any course content without the explicit written permission of the Instructor.
- •Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or payment.
- •Harass, abuse, or harm other users, Instructors, or our team members.
- •Attempt to circumvent our rate limiting, security, or authentication systems.
- •Use automated bots or scripts to access or interact with our platform.
Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.
10.Intellectual Property
10.1 Platform Content
All content on coursecreativelive.com that is not produced by Instructors — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, and software — is owned by or licensed to coursecreativelive.com. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our express written permission.
10.2 Course Content
All course content, including presentations, videos, materials, and any other content delivered during a course, is the intellectual property of the respective Instructor. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course content for your own personal use only. You may not record, reproduce, share, or commercialise any course content.
11.Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the "My Account" section of our website. Upon deletion:
- •Your profile, enrolment records, and waitlist entries will be permanently and immediately deleted.
- •Payment transaction records will be retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations.
- •You will lose access to all course join links and account features immediately.
Account deletion is irreversible. We cannot recover deleted accounts or their associated data.
12.Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coursecreativelive.com is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we work hard to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not warrant that:
- •The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
- •Any course will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
- •Any errors or defects will be corrected.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coursecreativelive.com and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- •Your use of or inability to use the platform.
- •Any course cancellation, content quality issue, or failure of an Instructor to deliver as expected.
- •Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
- •Any third-party conduct on or through the platform.
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.
14.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless coursecreativelive.com and its team members from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:
- •Your use of the platform.
- •Your violation of these Terms.
- •Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.
15.Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
For users in the EU/EEA/UK: Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU, EEA, or UK consumer protection laws. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, the applicable mandatory law shall prevail.
For users in the USA: Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable state or federal laws.
16.Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, we encourage you to first contact us at support@coursecreativelive.com to resolve the matter informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
17.Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
18.Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
19.Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and coursecreativelive.com regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
